If your insurance company is on the list, it is still in your best interest to contact the insurance company to verify the extent of your coverage, your responsibilities, and any pre-authorization or referral requirements of your plan. It is also advisable to make sure that the physician you choose to make an appointment with is listed as a provider under the plan as not all of our Doctors are providers under each plan listed.
